How do I book a tour?

What is the process for reserving rental space?

The process starts by booking a tour and visiting the facility. Then sign the contract and pay 50% of the rental fee.

How far in advance can I book an event?

Weddings can be booked up to 18 months

Other events can be booked up to 3 months in advance. *Saturdays can be booked up to 60 days in advance based on availability

Can I choose my own vendors?

Yes, and a recommendation list will be available.

What is provided with the venue?

(12) – 60” round tables

(10) – 6’ rectangle tables

Bridal Suite and Grooms Quarter

What time can I come into the bridal suite and grooms quarters?

Access to the Bridal Suite and Grooms Quarter begins at the start time of your reserved block.

How many people can the venue accommodate?

Up to 100 guests

Do you have someone onsite for events?

Yes, there will be someone to direct vendors and take care of any issues with the building. Any other services, such as day of coordinating, can be booked with CC’s Wedding Coordinating at 626-532-7843, subject to availability.

How early or late can we book the venue?

The venue can be booked as early as 8:00 am and as late as 11:00 pm.
